Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients willing to provide written informed consent. 2.Patients of both sexes in age groups between 18-70 years. 3.Patients having chronic sinusitis since 12weeks or more 4.Patients who have not taken any treatment since last 2wks for chronic sinusitis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients suffering from other uncontrolled systemic diseases like cancer, uncontrolled infections or any vital organ failures. 2.Patients suffering from chronic sinusitis complications 3.Psychiatrically unstable patients. 4.Pregnant or lactating females. 5.Immunocompromised patients. 6.Significant renal impairment 7.Severe deviated nasal septum,patients having severe anatomical abnormalities of nose 8.Patients who are terminally ill, under immunosuppressive treatment or self reported immunocompromised state. 9.Diagnosed case of mental illness/psychiatric/life threatening illness affecting quality of life/any organ failure. 10.Substance abuse and/or dependance 11.Patients who are unwilling to take part or not giving consent to join the study or unable to read patient information
