Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Football players aged 14-18 years. 2.Genders - male 3.BMI 18.5-24.9 kg/m2 4.With a history of no musculoskeletal injuries of lower limb in past 6 months. 5.With no history of neurological and or cardio respiratory problems since past 6 months. 6.Provided the subject /parent understands and provides informed consent 7.Playing football for minimum 1 year 8.Willingness to participate and follow up with protocol for study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous Surgery or Major Injury: Excluding individuals who have undergone recent surgeries in past 6 months or experienced significant injuries that may impact their ability to participate fully in the study or respond to interventions. 2.Medication Use: Excluding participants using medications in the past 6 months that could affect muscle function, proprioception, or recovery processes. 3.Inadequate Training Experience: Excluding individuals who do not meet specific training experience criteria (e.g., years of football training, level of competition) to ensure participants have a comparable athletic background and skill level. 4.Players who are due to play in the current season. 5.An allergy to any dynamic and or pre tape taping. 6.Any injury/discomfort during assessments.
