Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consenting geriatric patients undergoing elective craniotomy in at SCTIMST Age 65 years and above. ASA (American Society of Anaesthesiologists) class 1, 2 and 3 GCS 15 prior to the surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 65 years GCS less than 15 ASA more than 3 patient refusal
