Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age greater than 18 years of age All patients with Acute febrile illness ( malaria, dengue fever, scrub typhus , enteric fever, leptospirosis, undiagnosed fever )

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with past history of renal disease Patients with long term use of Nephrotoxic drugs Patients less than 18 years of age Pregnant females Recent alternative identifiable cause of acute kidney injury Administrative Matters
