Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Parents/caregivers of children, 6 to 12 years of age with risk of insomnia. Children who have total score more than 41 in Child Sleep Habit Questionnaire (CSHQ). Parents/caregivers who are willing to attend the sessions of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with neuro-developmental or psychiatric disorders. Children those having sleep problems resulting from physiological conditions and taking sleep medication.

Primary

The expected primary outcome of the study will be improvement in Sleep Quality and Sleep Quantity among School Children (6 – 12 Years) with risk of insomnia.Timepoint: 90 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary outcome will be reduction in the risk of insomnia.Timepoint: 90 days
