Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Basti Arha Patients. 2. Patients having classical signs and symptoms of Manyastambha like Manyashoola, manyastambha. 3. Patients having symptoms of cervical spondylosis like pain in neck, stiffness in neck, tenderness, headache, vertigo, tingling etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients below 16 years and above 60 years. 2. Basti anarha Patients. 3. Patients with fracture or dislocation of cervical vertebrae and intervertebral disc, recent spinal surgery, shoulder surgery, stenosis of spinal cord. 4. patients with accidental cases, cerebral injury, cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral pathology. 5. patients having associated conditions like rheumatoid spondylitis, ankylosing spondylitis. 6. patients having metabolic diseases like diabetes, RA, SLE or any other infectious diseases.
