Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with post traumatic facial scar Patients willing to participate in the study and for the follow up visits

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having a history of keloid scarring or keloidal tendency Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus Patients with bleeding disorder Patients on long term oral steroid therapy Patients on anti-coagulant therapy Patients with an active skin infection, like herpes infection or some bacterial infection and skin allergies. Patients not willing to participate in the study nor have follow-up visits. Patients with presence of skin cancers, warts, solar keratoses Patients undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
