Inclusion criteria: Both genders above age 40 years and upto 55 years Participants diagnosed with diabetes type 2 Participants willing to be a part of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Population with type 1 diabetes mellitus and gestational diabetes mellitus Population with serious illness
