Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults greater than or equal to 18 years 2. All patients with suspected or diagnosed with septic shock as per Sepsis 3 definition i.Noradrenaline required to maintain MAP greater than or equal to65 after adequate fluid resuscitation ii.Presence of Sepsis iii.Lactate greater than or equal to 2 mmol/L)
