Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects of all gender with in the age group of 18-25 years. 2. Subjects diagnosed with Mild (11.0-12.9 gm/dl in male, 11.0-11.9 gm/dl in female) and Moderate Anemia (8.0- 10.9 gm/dl in male, 8.0-10.9 gm/dl in female) 3. Subjects diagnosed with sign and symptoms of Nutritional Deficiency Anemia 4. Subjects who are ready to give written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women 2. Subjects with physical disability of lower limbs. 3. Subjects suffering from ailments such as Hemorrhagic disorders and fissures 4. Patients with history of other systemic diseases. 5. Patients with history of sickle cell anemia ,Leukemia and hemophilia 6. Patients suffering from disorders associated with gastro intestinal bleeding.
