Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult male and female patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis who are 1. between the age of eighteen to seventy-five years 2. able to communicate in Malayalam or English Patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis It refers to patients who are clinically diagnosed with end stage renal disease stage-V and are on hemodialysis, two to three times a week to support their life.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adult male and female Patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis who are 1. with cognitive impairment 2. speech and hearing impairment 3. critically ill 4. renal transplant patients
