Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with the age of 30 - 45 years old, nonspecific low back pain, both male and female, desktop workers spending 8 hours or more than that in the sitting position. Individuals with self-reported.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cervical and thoracic pain, pregnant women or recent childbirths, Individuals with congenital spine abnormalities, or any history of spinal trauma in the past 1-2 years. NPRS greater than 5 participants who are already aware of the right ergonomical postures.
