Intervention1: Questionnaire based intervention pre and post yoga: Pre and Post Yoga Questionnaire, 1 hour ( 35 MINUTE ASANA, 15 MINUTE DYANA, 10 MIN PRANAYAMA) 1 HOUR PER DAY 5 DAYS PER WEEK total

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willing to Participate and to continue Yoga Practice Aged between 18 to 20

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwilling to take part in the study Has been practicing yoga for the previous year Significant medical history including congenital heart disease stroke seizures vertigo caronary artery disease and status asthmaticus
