Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Diabetic patients with controlled sugar level (Sugar level - fasting between 126 to 200mg/dl, and PPBS 200 to 250mg/dl) 2 Patients having the sign and symptoms of Avabahuka as mentioned in diagnostic criteria. 3 Patients fit for Nasya Karma 4 Patients who have signed written consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients having any other systemic pathology like IHD (Ischemic Heart Disease), RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis), Gout, SLE (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus) etc. and Shoulder joint dislocation/fracture etc will be excluded 2 Pregnant women and lactating mothers will be excluded

It is expected that at the end of the study we would be able to demonstrate the effect of Kanda Lavan Pottali Swedan and Majja Nasya in the management of Avabahuka (Frozen shoulder)Timepoint: 12 months

It is further expected that this study would be able to provide conclusive inputs to assess the efficacy of the Ayurvedic management of Avabahuka (Frozen shoulder)Timepoint: 12 months
