Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (mild to moderate ) by physician/pulmonologist (Mild to moderate). Individuals having forward shoulder posture and kyphosis - using flexicurve and inter scapular distance. Hemodynamically stable Individuals who are not dependent on oxygen. All genders will be included. Individuals of age group between 40 to 65 years. smokers and non- smokers. Individuals who are willing to Participate in the study Individuals who can communicate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are febrile. Individuals with recent thoracic/abdominal surgeries. Individual having rib fracture/ upper limb fracture/ scapula fracture. Individuals pre diagnosed with Ankylosing spondylitis ? Individuals with existing neurological conditions. ? Uncooperative/unwilling patients. ? Individuals with locomotive disorders.
