Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Only reproductive aged groups females are included. Age between 15-49 yrs old. 2.Female patient with symptoms of uncomplicated UTI like urgency, frequency, and burning during micturition and suprapubic tenderness. [ICD11 code for uncomplicated UTI H01176] 3. Patient confirmed with routine microscopy of urine. 4. Patient who had not taken antimicrobial treatment last 2 weeks. 5. Patient who are willing to give their consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Symptoms of complicated UTI like fever more than 38 degree Celsius, flank pain, hypotension, vomiting, etc. 2. Pregnant or lactating mother 3. Mental or psychiatric illness or other systemic diseases (e.g. uncontrolled Type 2 DM, hypertension, thyroid disorder, etc) affecting quality of life or any vital organ failure. 4. Having symptoms of STDs like gonorrhoea, syphilis. 5. Self- reported immune-compromised state 6. Simultaneous participation of any other clinical trials 7. Undergoing homoeopathic treatment for any chronic disease within last 6 months
