Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All socio-economic status will be considered.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having age less than 4 years and more than 60 years. In cases of acute emergencies like road traffic accidents, which requires immediate aid of vital force to recover. In cases of all irreversible pathological conditions like malignant cancer, 4th grade fatty liver, obstructive gall stones, osteoarthritis Patients on medications from any other patients.
