Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients diagnosed with Bladder Mass 2. Size of tumour up to 4 cm 3. No invasion of adjacent organs 4. Up to 4 tumours in number.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not Fit for Surgery. 2. Patient refused to participate. 3. Tumor larger than 4 cm in size. 4. Tumors more than 4 in number.

Comparison of histopathological parameters (Deep Muscle Presence, Cautery Artefact) in HoL-ERBT and cTURBTTimepoint: 14 days, 6 weeks, 6 months

MeasureTime frame
1. To assess efficiency of HoL-ERBT vs cTURBT in terms of complete resection of tumor. 2. Compare peri-operative complications. 3. To compare oncological outcomes between two modalities. Timepoint: 6 weeks, 6 months
