Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patient having cardinal lakshanas of samanya grahani vyadhi 2)Patient having diagnosis as per ROME III criteria 3) With active IBS symptoms as indicated by score between 75 to 299 IBS severity score 4)Irrespective of gender and socioeconomic status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Known cases of active PR bleed and GI disease such as ulcerative colitis and Cohn’s disease 2)History of colon resection Abdominal surgery 3)Any uncontrolled systemic disorder [DM 1 &2 hypo thyroid & hyper thyroid 4)Immunocompromised Individuals on antidepressant drugs 5)Pregnant women lactating mothers and premenopausal women
