Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All primigravida and multigravida who underwent vaginal delivery or instrumental vaginal delivery with episiotomy. 2. Uncomplicated pregnancies where mother and baby are in good condition 3. Patients who are willing to be the part of this study and signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with skin diseases over perineal region. 2. Patients with serology positive for HIV, VDRL, HBsAg. 3. Patients suffering with any systemic diseases like Diabetes Mellitus. 4. Patients with 3rd and 4th grade perineal tears.
