Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder as per the DSM 5 Patient irrespective of race religion their socioeconomic status and their sex Children in the age group of 3 to 17 years Patient parents willing to give written informed consent and the patients willing to give verbal assent children aged between 7 to 11 years and or written assent children aged between 12 to 17 years If patients parents are willing but illiterate then they will be explained the importance of study and assent and consent will be written by physician and thumb impression will be taken Willingness and ability to comply with scheduled visits treatment plans and other study procedures Patient will have option to decide whether to take homoeopathic medicines along with the conventional treatment or to use stand alone homeopathic treatment Both the type of patient will be included in the study as two different arm of study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants diagnosed with any organic disorders. Participants with any other serious medical illness and multiple disabilities. Patient having any substance abuse.
