Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Geriatric patients with poor sleep quality (PSQI = 5) and willing to participate in the study and follow up will be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of regular practice of meditation techniques in the last 3 months, substance abuse (including tobacco, alcohol, or smoking) within the last 3 months, psychiatric disorders, pre-existing malignancies, bedridden status, subjective hearing loss, or neurological disorders will be excluded from the study
