Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient having classical sign and symptoms of Karnasrava. 2) Patients between 18 to 60 years of age group, irrespective of gender. 3) Unilateral or bilateral diffuse otitis externa. 4) Intact tympanic membrane.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients having any other karnarogas than karnasrava. 2) Patient having any other ear diseases than Diffuse otitis externa. 3) Patient having systemic disease like DM, HTN , TB , CA ,Leprosy etc. with complications which can lead to interference with the study. 4) Congenital anomalies of the ear. 5) Patient having perforated Tympanic membrane. 6) Patients diagnosed as suppurative otitis media, mastoiditis and cholesteatoma .
