Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having classical sign and symptom of Palitya. Patient having condition of PGH (premature greying of hair).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient of age above 35 year. Hereditary disease like Albinism, Vitiligo. Hormonal disease like Thyroid disorders. Auto immune disorders. Nutritional deficiencies ,Pernicious anemia. Patients on chemotherapy. Patients having any systemic disease.
