Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Professional Badminton players(playing for atleast 1 year) An individual experiencing pain for over three months. Upper trapezius active trigger points were diagnosed according to Simons criteria, featuring a taut band, localized tenderness, and characteristic pain referral patterns Positive jump Sign Willingness to participate Patients who understands Hindi and English
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients not falling in the age bracket Patients with history of active skin infection Patients with hypersensitive skin Patients with open wounds in upper back area Patient with recent history of cervical and upper limb fractures Any history of whiplash injury History of Cervical radiculopathy Any previous head, neck, cervical spine, or shoulder surgery Any hematological problems Severe diabetes mellitus Not able to understand Hindi or English
