Inclusion criteria: patients fulfilling diagnostic criteria patients fir for swedana

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with systemic illness which will interfere with the study all connective tissue disorder other than osteoarthritis

primary outcome will be assessed based on the following parameters subjective parameters pain, stiffness, visual pain analogue scale, womac-index of osteoarthritis objective parameters girth of joint measured by tape, range of movementsTimepoint: 0th day, 7th day and 14th day
