Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. recurrent fistula in ano of cryptoglandular aetiology 2. anterior fistula in females of cryptoglandular aetiology 3. fistula with multiple external openings of cryptoglandular aetiology 4. anterior posterior horseshoe fistula

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. fistula in ano with active cancer of the anorectum 2. fistula in ano in immunocompromised patients 3. known cases of secondary fistula 4. HIV reactive cases 5. HBsAg positive cases 6. patients of uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension
