Intervention1: Marham kafoor: All ingredients of Marham kafoori will be procured from local market and will be identified from pharmacognosist and marham will be prepared in NIUM Bengaluru pharmacy

Inclusion criteria: Anal Fissure Patients of all genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fissure associated with 3rd,4th degree or thrombosed pile mass Pregnant women Malignancy Multiple fissures Severe systemic diseses(CKD/Liver disorder/IBD/HIV/TB etc)

pain during and after defecation(VAS)0-10 gradeTimepoint: 0th,7th,14th,21st and post treatment follow up on 28th and 35th day of study.	—
