Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients aged between 3-12years of age with prepucial adhesion. 2. Informed and Written consent obtained from Patient attenders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children having any Previous Medical and Surgical intervention on the Prepuce. 2. Informed consent not obtained
