Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and 2 BMI less than 30kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients refusal to participate in the study. Patients with history of difficult intubation. Patients with history of diabetes mellitus,hypertension,bronchial asthma. Patients with history of chronic obstructive airway disease. Patients with history of ischemic heart disease. Patients undergoing head and neck surgery. BMI more than 30kg/m2
