Intervention1: Electronic prescribing: Intervention group will be provided a prescription computer typed by a trained para-medical or medical staff.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All the patients who are willing to return to the OPD to show the medicines bought from any pharmacy of their choice.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: All those patients who refuse to give consent for the study and severely ill patients.
