Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age- 18-65 years both male and female patients who had sustained a brain injury with the GCS score of 4-15

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other pre-existing neurological disorders or prior head injury Patients with Impaired vision Haemodynamic instability that persists for more than 7 days after injury Clinical evidence of brainstem dysfunction within 7 days of admission conditions contraindicative of MRI such as implants

1. Correlation between neuropsychological assessment scores and neuroimaging results 2. Relationship between structural and functional connectivity 3. Improvements in cognitive functioning post cognitive rehabilitation 4.
