Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Office worker aged 25-50years. Individual who spends at least 6 hours a day in a sedentary position, primarily working at a desk or computer. Participants must have experienced symptoms of UCS, such as neck pain, shoulder tightness, or postural imbalances, for at least 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient excluded with condition such as cervical disc herniation, severe scoliosis or neurological disorders. Patient who undergoes surgery or injury related to neck, shoulder or upper back are excluded. Patient with medical condition or physical limitation are excluded.
