Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i. Apparently healthy volunteers willing for trial. ii. Age group 40-55 years will be taken iii. Written consent of the volunteers will be obtained before inclusion in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Volunteers not willing for the trial. ii. Volunteers below 40 years and above 55 years iii. Volunteers having iv Pregnant & lactating mothers v.volunteers having any associated chronic ailments like diabetes,cardiac disordewrs,Dyslipidemia,REnal disorders,ALD,chronic hemolytic anemia
