Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: free of any cardiac or respiratory diseases BMI 18 to 24

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: student from other institutes having musculoskeletal conditions like restricted range of motion in shoulder elbow wrist and fingers presence of physical disabaility age more than 25 recent illness like fever poly cystic ovarian syndrome
