Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mild to moderate severity of bronchial asthma patients of either gender of age group 20-60 years on standard care, visiting Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research pulmonology OPD for treatment will be included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe asthma patients. Patients already practicing yoga, breathing exercises or regular physical activity Patients with uncontrolled hypertension with drugs. Patients with diabetes mellitus. Pregnant females. Subjects with endocrine disorders. Subjects with severe obesity.
