Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of grade 11 fatty liver through usg Elavated AST and ALT ALT not greater than 5 times of AST

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: known case of malignancy unconytrolled DM, HTN Participants contraindicated for paneeyakshara
