Intervention1: Nurse led Interventions which includes supportive communication and Range of Motion Exercises: Total duration of intervention is for one week.post test will be conducted after one week.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Conscious and responds to verbal commands With medical diagnosis of pulmonary and cardiovascular diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With physical deformities that restrict their ability to perform certain type of exercises 2. Support of mechanical ventilation and aggressive therapies such as BiPAP
