Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing mastoid surgeries under general anaesthesia 2. Patients belonging to ASA grade 1 & 2 3. Aged 18years to 65years of all gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal for procedure 2. Known or suspected allergy to any of the drug 3.Psychiatric illness 4.Facial nerve palsy 5.Pregnancy 6. Obesity 7. Anatomical lesions around the neck 8. Previous surgery or radiation therapy to the neck
