Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients selected will be healthy. Active pain in first or second mandibular molars Absence of any periapical radiolucency No history of trauma to involved tooth Vital coronal pulp on access opening
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: All patients selected will not have taken any central nervous system depressants or analgesic medication within last 24 hours. Patients with periapical pathology Retreatment cases Cases with non vital pulp Pregnancy or lactating patients Those with allergy to LA or sulphur drugs Psychiatric patients who are not able to rate the pain on scale
