Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: cases who are diagnosed as metabolic syndrome according to south asian modified -NCEP criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: cushings syndrome, hypothyroidism, secondary hypertension, type 1 diabetes mellitus, hepatobiliary disease, nephritic syndrome, pregnancy
