Intervention1: Static: Static Stretching: • Description: o Involves holding a hamstring stretch for 30 seconds, repeated 3 times, with a 10-second rest between stretches. o Done three times per week.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Apparently healthy individuals with sedentary lifestyle ( as identified by IPAQ questionnaire) in the age group of 18-40 years (both gender)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of Prolapsed intervertebral Disc, h/o musculoskeletal injury in the lower limb, h/o Surgery in the lower limb
