Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: hamstring muscle are tight, pain at hamstring muscle area, passive straight leg raise range between 30-70 degree, restriction in range of motion, active knee extension test is lower than 20 degrees.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: known bone disease, hypermobility, non- unions fracture, lumbar or neurological compromise, limb length discrepancy, someone with bleeding disorders or on blood thinners, on a blood clot, such as DVT, areas with skin disorders or open sores, areas with oedema.
