Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with diagnosed case of second and third degree internal haemorrhoids ardra arsha having pittaja and raktaja origin patients of ardra arsha which are mrudu prasruta avagadha and ucchrita

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other systemic illnesses like uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus Hypertension Malignancy Hepatitis B Tuberculosis and Retrovirus positive Patients with External Hemorrhoids and other associated Ano-rectal diseases Secondary Pathological Hemorrhoid eg Infective and Neoplastic conditions of rectum Rectal prolapse crohns disease and ulcerative colitis

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
change in assessment criteria viz.post operative pain, bleeding,size and colour of pile mass, anal sphincter tonicityTimepoint: Baseline, on every week for one month, then on every 15 days for two months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Time to return to work (Days/Month; Post operatively) and Patient satisfaction. (SF-12) Timepoint: assessment will be done after 1 month
