Inclusion criteria: Patient of all acute disease irrespective of all ages and both sex.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with any autoimmune or pathological disease, critically ill cases and accidental cases and any cases which required hospitalization. Acute episode of chronic disease.
