Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: above 18 years of age diagnosed with meibomian gland dysfunction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.other ocular surface disorders 2.patients with autoimmune conditions, diabetes mellitus, ocular infections 3.patients already on topical immunosuppressants 4.with history of eyelid trauma 5.participants who are not willing to provide informed consent are excluded from the study
