Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to Ayurveda classics patients with complaints of Shoola, Shotha and Akunchana-Prasarana Vedana at knee joint. Patients with grade-1 and grade-2 OA knee. Patients fulfilling ACR diagnostic criteria. Patients fit for Niruha and Anuvasana Basti

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any infective conditions of the joints. H/o fracture, trauma and any deformity of knee joints. Any chronic systematic and metabolic disease. Bowel and urine incontinence. Patients who are contraindicated for Basti. Patients requiring surgical intervention for the management of OA knee. Patients participating in any other clinical study.
