Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Clinically diagnosed cases of Aghataj Shotha will be taken for the study. 2) Patients irrespective of sex, religion, occupation & economic status. 3)Patients between the age group of 18 to 60 years. 4) Shotha which are present to upper and lower extremities only. 5) Circumference of Shotha is approximately between 1cm-4cm as compare to circumference of other extremity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients having Aghataj Shotha with bleeding disorder. 2)Patients with infectious diseases like HIV, HbsAg, HCV 3)Patient with uncontrolled Diabetes and Hypertension. 4) Not willing to give consent
