Inclusion criteria: ? Patient covering DSM-5 criteria for depressive disorder ? Adults who is employed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patient already on antidepressants. ? Patients with known case of serious medical illness, co-morbidity. ? Patients having depression due to any neurological, endocrinological, metabolic, medication and substance related disorders
