Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of Grade 3 or 4 hemorrhoids planned for hemorrhoidectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recurrent hemorrhoids. Associated fistula or fissure. Malignancy. Associated cirrhosis and portal hypertension  III or Grade IV
